Gorgeous campsites, beautiful hike, and a lovely creek to climb around in if you're sure-footed enough.Be sure to bring a lot of water because there is no water on the campgrounds other than the creek so plan to be stinky or freeze in the creek for a rinse. If you're used to taking a cold plunge the creek was very nice. Despite the lack of water the bathrooms are very clean and don't smell much unless you are directly smelling the toilet. There is no cell service which was nice to fully disconnect and spend some time off grid. We were able to connect to a satellite for texting so there is some potential for contact in an emergency.Fire pit and charcoal style grill were nice and having both was a plus.We can't wait to camp here again!

Looked like a great campground! Site 45 was rated as being good for a small trailer. When we arrived we found it was on a very steep grade, a bit overgrown, and not suitable for a trailer or a tent. Unfortunately we could not stay.

I was worried about roughing it without actual flush toilets but the bathrooms were some of the cleanest and nicest-smelling of any campground Ive ever been to! Nice layout to the sites! Ours (044) had a nice big tree in it that provided plenty of shade so we didnt have to set up the EZUP. A little buggy over Memorial Day weekend so pack the repellent and the citronella. Dark enough at night to get lots of stars, making it a good place to consider staying during a meteor shower! Town close enough to drive to for ice/beverages - we even caught the Farmers Market!

Beautiful location, but a disrespectful neighbor blasted their music and movies throughout all times of the day and even into the quiet hours of the night. I had kindly asked my neighbor once to lower the volume but it came back. Host didnt seem to enforce the quiet hours so I ended up leaving early.

Great campsite, good location, definitely recommend the short nature trail connected to the site.

The spot was great! I wish we had been across the street along the river, but we were close enough and the sites were very roomy and private. We also loved that it was so close to Ojai, so we could get into town for dinner or lunch. I would also highly recommend the nearby hot springs!
