I love it here so much. Definitely one of my favorite campgrounds.

Amazing place, my wife and I always go camping once or twice a month and this place surprised us especially Hector, very friendly, helpful and kind, he treated us very well upon our arrival, you realize when someone works on something they like, good job Hector, keep it up!!! Not to mention that this place is super clean, you can see that he keeps it very well, not to mention the bathrooms, we were surprised with how clean they are... Highly recommended.

I love spending time at Wheeler Gorge, we've camped there many times in the last few years. This trip in particular, the camp hosts really made it a great trip. The weather was nice, no bugs yet, flowing water. The campground was full for the first two nights but it's easy to stay safely distanced.

Hosts were great. Campground is gorgeous! Creek sounds all night long! Lots of kids around. Bathrooms were vault, which means "cement port-a-potty." The town of Ojai is a short scenic drive to replenish supplies or sit at Starbucks to use wifi, because there is no wifi or cell service at the campground. Lake Casitas is nearby by car. You can rent a boat for the day and cruise around the lake. (No swimming allowed) Rose Valley Falls is a close drive too, The hike is very short. There wasn't that much water falling, but it was still cool and refreshing and beautiful! I highly recommend this campground! Some sites are absolute gems! others... meh...
