This is a very cute, cozy, safe and peaceful camp ground. Its true to its words, no water source, clean bathrooms when I went. The trees are beautiful. Its a nice family location, solo journey, and friends or lovers location. I quite enjoyed my time. I got my fire permit. I brought my dog. The ranger were friendly and easy to find. I would love to visit this location again.

Love McGill Campground! Nice spaces, many are big enough for out 28' travel trailer. It is a completely dry campground, with no water faucets to fill tanks or jugs, so bring plenty for your stay. This was our third stay, on a Sunday night, so the place was virtually empty and very quiet. If I had another day to spend there, I would have, but needed to be home on Monday afternoon. Definitely a worthwhile stop.

Quiet and peaceful destination. If you can go mid-week, do so, as the weekends become very crowded but still lovely. Very few trash bins so expect to hike to dispose of your garbage if you arent camping near a bin.

We had booked site 19 for an RV trailer but the length of the driveway ended up being too short than described online. The camp hosts helped us switch up sites and our other site 22 was long enough for the trailer and we then took campsite 21 and it was roomy enough for our big tent and not that far of a walk to the restrooms. Camphosts were super helpful and very nice! we walked around the entire campground and it was very clean and very well-kept. My children and I felt safe and had the best time!
