This is a beautiful campground and needs to be better looked after by patrons and park personnel. Not all campground rules followed by some patrons. Safety issuesCampfires still visibly lit/smoldering/smoking in fire pits while campsite is vacant. Camp etiquette loud music played in neighboring campsite that the whole campground could hear until 11pm. Neighboring campers walking straight through your campsite ( without any acknowledgment) to go explore or watch the sunset. All in all please respect the safety and experience of others. We all come here to share this amazing place.

This campsite is very close to the ranger park and gift shop and you don't need to worry about Ice or... I love it and I am going back there soon

Site 37 was spacious, relatively flat and we thoroughly enjoyed the prime sunset views each night. The campsites on the west side of the campground were spaced out nicely and the weather was absolutely perfect for August camping with temps getting into the 40s for comfortable sleeping weather. Beautiful place to spend a few days!

Site 37 Quickly learned why its called Sunset Campground. Site was good for large tent- not too far to bathrooms. Absolutely gorgeous. Bear boxes good sized to hold all our stuff. Only downside is that because it is an amazing location- it got packed with people at sunset walking through our site. Awesome location next to Grant Grove where we got ice everyday and ice cream.
