A beautiful campground. A great location to get to all the hot spots to hike and view. Lakes and rivers, and plenty of trees! It was a clean campground. The sites are VERY close together. But the bathrooms and water were well placed so no one had to go far.

Well maintained and well marked campsites. The sites are close to one another(#132), so there isn't much privacy but that wasn't a priority for me. Only complaint is toilets didn't have soap. Overall a really beautiful location that I will recommend and will certainly visit again.

This was the last camping spot on our 10day roadtrip from Iowa to Las Vegas that took us through Colorado over to Lake Tahoe down to Yosemite & Sunset campground before driving to Las Vegas. We stayed at multiple sites along the way which were beautiful but this campground was my particularly favorite one. You are in an area primarily covered by trees which I liked. Not far from major scenic attractions which helped keep us on a fairly strict schedule. We were told by the attendant at the entrance bears were sighted near by which was unsettling for the wife as we woke to tree branches cracking, fortunately it was from the weight of a deer and not a bear needless to say I couldnt be happier with choosing this campground and will definitely be back another time!
