The site was clean and well cared for. New picnic table. The restrooms were clean, including the shower. The park attendants and volunteer park hosts were very friendly. They provided water safety information to the kids. They also had a scavenger hunt for painted rocks which the kids loved. Peaceful weekend.

We just love the peaceful atmosphere at Fishing Creek Campground, with the beautiful lake views. The camp hosts are so friendly and easy to work with. It is a wonderful place to visit. Almost all sites have water and electric (including tent only sites) so make sure if you have an RV you are not booking a Tent Only site. They are all clearly labeled on Recreation.gov. We highly recommend this campground!!

Everything was wonderful. The only complaint I have is the view to the water is very grown up an its hard to see or access the water! Please make it more accessible in the upper end for campers to see an access the water. Thank you!!

This was the best campground we have ever camped at with our truck camper. We had electric, water, shade and water front view. No sewer hook-up, but the dump site was easy to get to. The site was large and clean, with a perfect view of the river. Take some peanuts with you and put them on the fence posts early in the morning and the birds and squirrel's will visit you, so have your camera phone ready; plus some very large birds will sit in the trees watching for the jumping fish, so bring your fishing boat. Hiking on the road is a one mile circuit, which is mostly in the shade, I got up early and walked for three miles; my best is years.

We had a wonderful time at Fishing Creek Campground. Everyone is so nice at that campground. We live going there several times a year.

Poison ivy growing up the railings and into the camping area. Needs to be sprayed. Campground was great as usual but host was kind of rude

Campsite number 20 had so many cars, trucks, boats and people at their site. They were banging from 5:30 am to morning hours everyday. 10 to 20 people at their campsite at any given time. Ruined the camping experience for anyone near them. Sad because it could be a nice place.
