We were in site 19 which is a large site and has a good view of the lake. I didn't like how grown up the bank of the lake was. It was nearly impossible to walk down to the lake from this site without walking through a ton of poison ivy. The debris on the banks was very bad, lots of trash. The shower house is nice and clean and the water is always warm.

Fishing Creek CG is a beautiful area, and the campsites are clean and well maintained. The camp attendants, Teresa and Gene, are fantastic! Will help you any way they can, make you feel safe and secure!

Fishing Creek is just a great place to camp. Most sites are more private than other places and right on Lake Cumberland. Easy walk to water. Camping attendants Teresa & Gene do a wonderful job. Would be nice if WI-FI was available.
