Lucas Park Campground in Lincoln County is located 58 min west of Salina, KS with an elevation of 1,720 feet. There are a total of 96 campsites including 1 tent-only site. The campground is normally open from mid May to mid September. 95 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 25 and 148 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 18 sites have electric and water hookups. 53 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $18.00 to $300.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground, boat ramp, swimming, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

Beautiful lake. Beatiful campground - our area is set up so that all camp sites have a view of the lake. Lots of walking, hiking options with beautiful views. Did I already say this place was beautiful? Absolutely the best place we have ever camped!

Lake was beautiful and clear. Fun trail to awesome rock formations and swim area. Campsite was nice and good view. Our only issue was we lost power at one point. Also had a storm roll through that literally shifted our camper 4 feet. Love to come back with our boat

This was a perfect spot. A little hard to find, but worth it. Campsite was clean and large! Very level site with water and electric. Nice large concrete picnic table and close to the restroom. Campground was very quiet and peaceful.

Camping area was clean and well kept. The space adjacent to us was primitive and they did run their generator all night, so it was a little noisy, but hot so understandable. Overall experience was good.

The family loves to get together here. Water is very clean and clear and the scene is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful.

We had a reservation for two nights. One of the days we spent visiting Lucas, KS as it was marketed as a quirky, artsy kind of town. It turned out to be all of that but upon our return to our site at Lucas Park we instantly realized that the two folding camp chairs that we expected to come back to were gone. We filed a report at the Park's administrative offices where everyone was very helpful.

Weekend was good. Glad I got a 50 Amp service. Need more of them. Yes I have heard the sob story the power company said it would be expensive. Money talks. Maybe you should look into private owned camping. They would get it done. Really dont like the fact the camp hosts have to keep their distance from the campers. Thats what they are there for.

Although we were at our site for less than 10 hours (due to our travel schedule), we loved the location and hope to return! The lake is beautiful, and the sites are well-maintained.
