It's just awesome here in the fall of the year. Lots of wildlife to see.

No one else was out there but the camp host. Is was very relaxing and so peaceful.

It was quiet, peaceful, and the fishing was great!

The spot was spacious, however, we had about 8 inches of rain in 2 days and our site had so much water around us that my daughter named the water as a lake after my name.The light that should come on when we entered the vault did not light up - just blinked and this was for both sides and the toilet paper was just on a roll sitting on the hand rail not being kept clean in the proper holder allowing it to fall on the floor.The guard rails are in need of repair badly.All the spots could use a hook to hang up trash bags to keep animals out of it.The help folks were very friendly There was no TV or Radio stations to check on bad weather or where the shelter was/is.

It was very good except for the loads of rain and that had a very goof drain off. It will be much better when the East side will be opened up.

The campground we reserved was closed due to high water damage. We were moved to "Damsite South." It was a beautiful area in the shadow of the Dam. Our visit was greatly enhanced by the wonderful hospitality shown by the "Host Campers." They helped us find firewood, loaned my grandson a rod/reel when his broke, and helped us safely deal with two snakes we encountered. The grandkids enjoyed catching the Gar and other fish. Overall, it was a great weekend and we will probably camp at Fall River again.
