West Rolling Hills Campground in Geary County is located 36 min west of Manhattan, KS with an elevation of 1,195 feet. There are a total of 74 campsites including 12 tent-only sites. The campground is normally open from mid April to the end of October. 62 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 45 and 165 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 53 sites have electric and water hookups. 3 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $14.00 to $24.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground, boat ramp, swimming, marina, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, floating sports.

What a beautiful park! The spaces are large and allow for in crowded camping. The facilities were clean and worked well. The natural beauty around the lake was inspiring. Our camp host was great.! We will definitely go back.

We enjoy camping at West Rolling Hills. The park is clean and quiet. Makes camping more enjoyable.

We had a pull through which was nice but it was quite small and because of the way the area was configured we were right next to our neighbors when we sat outside. I will go back to this campground but I will pick a different spot. We had a good view of the lake which is beautiful.

Beautiful quiet primative camp site with lots of room. Saw fish jumping and visited by a bald eagle. Kind camp manager. Will definitely be coming back.

We stayed at loop b spot 023.No trees, little shade. The lot faces west so you have the setting sun pn the front of your rv. The tree on the next lot provides ZERO shade in the evening. You will have to sit on the back facing the street for shade. We had a picnic table and a fire pit. A nice rest room across the street. Electric and water. The lot is fairly level. It looked like it was recently regraveled. The gravel could have been spread out a little more but there was no dust to track in.

Campsite was good was a perfect weather weekend. The camp post went around and picked up from each site that left spent time cleaning the restrooms. They changed our reservation from one spot to another as we didnt get the spot that we thought we were getting and it wasnt booked so the camp host got it changed for us. The camp host exceeded our expectations in helping us.

The campground was beautiful with great views. The grass needed to be mowed. We never - in 5 days- saw any of the campground hosts! There were two or three but no one was ever on duty. The areas around their campsites were mown very well but grass was over a foot deep around all the rest of the sites. We traveled to Abilene and visited the DDE museum and library as well as the county museum and the central Kansas ag fair.

Helpful staff, (our tent collapsed in the wind and we were allowed to move to another campers site that had some trees to block the wine.)Clean toilettes and bathhouse but lack of ventilaition made both very hot on a hot weekend.

We enjoyed our 4 days at W. Rolling Hills. It is a beautiful campground with very spacious campsites. So nice to camp near the water. Recommend it and will go back!
