Beautiful rocks surrounding! Loved it! But campsites are very close to each other

The Spot was nice and would fit up to 4 tents. The pittoilet were clean like the campground. It was Friday when I decided to stay and it was loud. Our neighbors talked until 11pm and nobody cares about the noise. Wont come again because its to crowded.

The scenery, hikes, and camp host (from Colorado) were amazing. Our site (#110) was not a great truck camper site, as it was basically a 4-space side-by-side parking lot and the table and fire pit directly behind our camper actually belonged to site #109, so we had to walk through their area to get to and from our camper and table/fire pit area. A little awkward sometimes, but still the scenery and hikes and most people were wonderful.

Stayed in Joshua Tree in November and it was beautiful. The campground was very convenient to a few trails and the sunset/sunrise, as well as star gazing were amazing. We loved our stay at Jumbo Rocks Campground and Joshua Tree

It was great! All amenities you needed were there, plus some really wonderful walks right nearby, and if you like moderate to intermediate climbing on rocks (no gear needed) this place had many formations nearby to do so.

Jumbo Rocks is a great campsite located in the heart of Joshua Tree NP. The sites are well spread out and fairly private. This campground is right in the heart of all the major sights and trails. I really enjoyed my two nights there.

The campground is very well maintained however the sites are very tight for larger rigs. Motorhomes these days have become larger in length but there are very few sites available for a large rig with a tow vehicle.

Great layout of the campground. Even with a lot of people there you still felt like things were private at your site.

Great location in the rocks and nice scenery. Sites were kind of close together.

Spaces are too small in many cases and picnic tables/fire pits are not even near the RV in many cases.
