Great site, aside from hikers walking through. Evidently there is a popular trail right behind the site, so many hikers came through, but they were respectful. Clean, beautiful site, and quiet, friendly neighbors. I will be booking the site again.

Loved Jumbo rocks campground. We rented a sprinter van which was nice to have water for washing. The campsites are all blocked so you cant drive your vehicle up to your picnic table- it will stay parked on the street by the site. We picked 078 and the location was great. 077 is a bit close and there are often random people walking through the campsite because there are trails everywhere but not any official trails from that site. Overall was beautiful and unique scenery. I appreciate that its $180 fine if you try to snag someones site do that helped people be respectful. Bathrooms are put and kept clean daily. Would recommend.

Used to be my favorite campground in the US. But the people camping these days have changed. They will absolutely walk through your campsite, move your stuff, and leave their trash wherever they please. Heartbreaking. Jumbo Rocks is a stunning campground... but dealing with entitled jerks isn't my idea of a good stay. Parks are doing the best they can, but they need more funding and more law enforcement.

Amazing campground! Best NP dry camping spot we have stayed in. Beautiful secluded campsites at the back of the campground. Lots of little off trail hikes around the campground to explore.

This campground has wonderful rocks to climb on for children and adults alike. Jumbo Rocks is next to the Skull Rock trail. We stayed in site 78 and the table was not visible from our camper. People also tramped through our site when they got lost on the Skull Rock trail. A large, open site with lots of room for tents. This site might be good for a large family or group. Vault toilets were cleaned daily, but not thoroughly.

Amazing experience. No other place like it. First trip to JT for my wife and kids. They all requested to come back and book the same campsite. Success!

This was the first time our whole family went camping and the kids loved it. The pit toilet was acceptable and the noise was relatively low in this part of the campground. Our tent was about 30 feet from the road which cut down on the noise from cars that drove by but being at the end of the site meant very few vehicles drove by. It's a great park and we all had a great time. Distance from site 78 to the top of Key's View is 13.1 miles.

Amazing! One of the coolest and most unique campsites Ive been too. Even in 100 heat we were able to find some shade in slot canyons. Make sure to bring a lot of water!

Jumbo Rocks is a spectacular area of natural beauty. It is awe inspiring for camping and hiking. It does get a bit crowded with people at times, but the rocks are worth it.

beautiful and surprisingly secluded despite how many sites are in the space - my site (78) had a neat little trail behind it that led to a boulder field where I could sometimes hear hikers on the Skull rock trail, but saw almost nobody (and saw a cottontail!)

Amazing site! Climbing the jumbo rocks is so much fun! It was warm enough in a sleeping bag (early Oct) and no rain to keep the rain fly off and sleep under the stars. It has what you need. We put up some extra shade to stay comfortable during the day.
