We had a magical time once again in Joshua Tree. Sure it was a bit windy, but you know the adage... No such thing as bad weather, just bad gear. It was spring time so what do you expect. Days were warm, nights were cool and the fire was perfect. Bathrooms were impeccably clean sanitation was on point! Site 15 is a gem and will be back again. Jumbo Rocks has been a favorite for years!

The ground is hard. Its really hard to fix my tent on the ground with rivets. Chrismas night was very windy. I final given up the tent and slept in my car. Some spots might be less windy because of large rocks around.

Beautiful location, all the sites are between rocks. It was busy but still felt private! Best campground in a national park!

You can't go wrong with Joshua Tree. Camped at Jumbo Rock, it's always clean, restrooms are clean, filled with plenty of TP. All the rocks make it a fun place to camp with all the rocks to climb on.

This campground is laid out well with trails that start in the camp. No water. Must refill at the ranger station. Pit toilet was clean. Would stay again. Beautiful!

Jumbo Rocks Campsites are too crowded and unclear where to camp vs what is a pathway to other sites. Especially at #4 i think it was for our site. people were loud and walking through what seemed to be our site

The park should space out the sights more, there is plenty of land... we don't come out to the wilds to listen to someones party next door or be 20' away from them coughing and wheezing all night.

Should be more signage or something about which area is for which site.

I recommend other campgrounds that are less crowded if you want any peace and quiet.

The Jumbo Rocks campground was incredible. True magic. The campgrounds were impeccably maintained, the park staff super friendly and helpful, and the setting was better than I could’ve imagined. So glad we stayed here.

Everything was excellent. Some neighbors were noisy but overall great time
