Excellent location. Right in the middle of large boulders! Jumbo rocks campground had everything a camper could desire. Clean volt toilet, easy marked camp sites, pictures and descriptions on the recreation.gov website were very accurate. Several easy to moderate hiking trails right out of the campground.

Great site. We camped with a short square drop trailer (16ft) without any issues.

Campsite #11 worked fine for my 15 teardrop trailer. I had room to spare and no problem hooking up or unhooking without blocking the road. The site is rather shaded though. Since I was there in late February, I would have enjoyed more sunshine. Sharing a parking area isnt my favorite, but at least my camp door opened towards a natural area. Being nestled amongst all the jumbo rocks was truly amazing!

Beautiful sunsets not to be missed anywhere around Jumbo Rocks - hike around the whole area for different viewpoints.

Great time camping here! We came with friends so we reserved site 11 and site 10. Right behind our campsites the rocks led up to great views! This did mean people were walking through our site randomly at times which was a downside. Sites are also a little small, but it still worked out for us. Be aware for critters, we saw scorpions, large spiders, and a snake. Restrooms stayed clean and they spray them down every morning as well. Overall great spot to camp, definitely planning on coming back during the cooler season.

Clean bathrooms with trash cans. Quiet at night. Only issue is sites being reserved and no one showing up.

Could not ask for a better experience. Campsite 11 is a bit to close to 10 for my liking but, it was still amazing.

Site number 11 is adjacent to a large boulder. The site was shaded and cold. Very little sunlight throughout the day. Would be a good summertime campsite. In general, Jumbo is very smoky. Particularly up front by the entrance. We camped further back (in 74) later in the week and there was much less smoke from campfires.

This campground is a view itself! Cool campsites with incredible views! Very clean and lots of amenity access. The trail to Skull Rock was fun and easily accessible from this campground.

The campground is amazing, but the icing on the cake are camp hosts Heidi and Ron. They are kind, helpful, and somehow effortlessly balance making magic for guests while also protecting and preserving the park.
