20A is next to the bathroom and you'll have well over 100 people walk through your zone at all hours...

Had a great time. But too noisy there was people that had a party.

Wonderful campground, quiet with easy-to-find amenities. Ease of access to the nearby Mastodon hiking loop was great too!

Very well kept campsite in a lovely part of the park. Not a huge amount of hiking near his campsite however, most of it is located in the northern section. Although the Mastodon Loop Trail was great! Other than that, a great place to be, very chilled.

Of course experiences vary, we had perfect weather; no days above 80 and no nights below 50. The moon was full we could enjoy the scenery at night as well as in the day. I like that Cottonwood is off the main park road so it was very peaceful. I really enjoyed Cottonwood's paved parking and having an improved restroom was very nice.

Good, working restrooms. Clean camp grounds. Comfortable space between camp sites. Thanks!

We liked the campground. Driving through and parking the trailer were a challenge due to very narrow roads. (Half the sites were essentially a pullout but the bigger trailers still encroached on the street.) Sites were nicely spaced apart. Our only real complaint was not the campground itself but it’s distance from most of the attractions in the park (we knew this when we made the reservations). Realistically it was a good 45-60 minutes from most of the large attractions. However, if we had stayed at the north end of the park we would have missed Mastadon Mine hike which was awesome and connected to the campground.
I have a long truck and 21 foot trailer. The pull off sites on the outside of loop B worked well. The campground was quite and very scenic. Paths to trails from the campground make for convenient hiking.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
