Lots of sites, but very quiet when we were there. Clean restrooms with flush toilets. Close to the creek and hiking trails. Only thing that was a little inconvenient was that our site (27) had the tent area and picnic table separate from the parking spot. This required us to carry stuff up and down the little path.

Nice campground but campsite was not great. We stayed in site #27. To access the tent pad, picnic table, fire pit and bear locker required stepping down on three rocks from the parking area. The site was narrow and surrounded by low aspen trees and bushes but had no shade. The tent pad area was very small and we barely fit our 4 person tent, the people in the site behind ours had set up their tent so that it was almost right next to ours. The pad was not level. There was a large group of people near our site having a party and they were walking right by our tent until very late. The campground had many nice sites next to the creek that looked spacious and shaded. The bathrooms were very clean and close by. We enjoyed walking around the campground and the rock creek area is stunning.

We were in site 27. We have a 22 ft trailer. The site is long and narrow so we could only use 3 ft of our awning and we had a small space for sitting outside in our chairs. Thank goodness we have camped at East Fork before because we brought lots of leveling blocks and needed them all to make our trailer level. We did not use the table, fire ring or bear box area due to the fact it was a located below the site and in order to get there you had to maneuver 3 boulders. We are an older couple and did not feel safe attempting the climb down and up to use a table.
The campground Host (same couple as last year) is wonderful, friendly and does an excellent job of managing this campground. The bathrooms were always clean.
We also noticed the campground had received much needed maintenance: new number signs, new entrance sign and many barriers had been replaced. It could still use some leveling attention at many sites.
We realize this is an older campground - probably designed in the 40's for 14 ft Scott trailers and tents. Our reason to camp here is to be with family, so we will make the best of the accommodations. Thank You.
