Fantastic experience camping at East Fork! At site 35 we had a great view of the mountains, and were a good distance from the bear box and campfire area. Decent shade at our site, though some others on the way in seemed to have very little shade. Was easy to walk down to Rock Creek and walk along there, and the sites there had a ton of shade, though they were less private. Very clean bathrooms, and as others mentioned, if you want a hot shower you can go down the road 3 miles to the Rock Creek Lodge. You can buy firewood for $8 a bundle (cash) or burn other local wood. Would definitely come back!

We had a pleasant stay here for two nights in late June. The mosquitoes were not too bad! The campground is very well maintained and we enjoyed the flush toilets and sink…..even an automatic light at night. Not too many flat spots for a tent at our site, but we were able to pitch out small tent on a spot with only a slight incline. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying at East Fork. It was very a very beautiful campground. It was clean and quiet. The creek that runs by it had great fishing. We will definitely stay there again.
