Very nice small COE on the Mississippi River. Our site was very nice with a grassy area. There was alot of road noise but couldn't hear it inside our rig. We were only there one night.

What a great place to stay. We stayed 5 days at the campground and it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The camp hosts, mark and Jean were wonderful. They even showed us around the area on a bicycle tour. The bicycle paths were some of the best I have ever been on. They take you through woods and cities, all paved and in great shape. You can take the channel cat water taxi across the river, to another state and they also take your bicycles. You can jump on and off as many times as you wish for the day pass. It was great to get off and have lunch and get back on and off again to visit the John Deere Musuem. There are several different bicycle paths and I will be going back to explore them all.

The campsite was nice, level, and (remarkably) quiet. Checking in with Sue was both a breeze and very pleasurable. The showers were clean. We only stayed overnight, since we were returning home from attending the Indy 500. Perhaps next year we will stay a few additional days.

This was our first time at an Army Corps of Engineers campground. The facility was beautiful. Large lots, wonderful pads. The only issue I had was using the website to change my reservation. We pulled into a vacant site and was set up before i realized all of the business was online. If not for a worker painting the next day, the process would have sent anyone over the edge. She tried to use the phone app, and said the process could be done much easier on the computer. It would be great to have wifi to assist campers. I can't wait to plan my next trip to include another stay!

Miles of bike trails all along the river. Channel Cat boats will take you and your bike to the Iowa side of the river where there are more towns and trails to walk/ride. Fantastic area with good restaurants and lots to do.

Best and most beautiful campground. We stay here every time we come this way. Large back in sites. Beautifully manicured lawns and trees. Easy on line check in. If you just drop in you can scan a QR code at each site to see if available and reserve.

Clean campground and easy access to I80. Quick trip to LeClaire for a quaint town or go bigger and visit the QCA.
