Campgrounds Available This Weekend Near Caldwell, ID

Located in the heart of the Treasure Valley, Caldwell is a gateway to Idaho’s best camping destinations. Just west of town, Lake Lowell Park offers scenic lakeside camping for tent campers and smaller RVs. For a true nature escape, Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge provides rustic camping and birdwatching opportunities. Snake River RV Park, a short drive east in Nampa, is perfect for RV campers looking for full hookups and easy access to fishing and boating. The nearby Boise National Forest is a haven for dispersed camping, with miles of forested trails and secluded spots. Montour Campground in Gem County is located 54 min north of Meridian, ID with an elevation of 2,524 feet. There are a total of 16 campsites. The campground is open all year. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers up to 25 feet. All sites are currently first-come first-served. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring with grill. Prices start at $8.00 per night. Some amenities include drinking water, dump station, restroom.
