Our first stay at Beaver Creek! Site is nice and spacious - not too far from beach trail access. It's definitely a bit of a challenge to face your camp chair in a direction where you won't inadvertently make eye contact with neighbors - but no big whoop, that's what a book is for. Hosts take good care of the amenities (thank you).

My family has camped at Beaver Creek for 2 decades. We love the area. You must address the issues that I mention. The stairs to the beach are just awful and very dangerous. If someone was ever to actually inspect them they would see that. Too many people leave their kayaks, sups, canoes etc. overnight on the beach. This has to stop. We haul our kayak and windsurfing boards to and from the beach everyday. (We are senior citizens, all those lazy young people should be forced to do the same! Boats are being moored close to the swimming area and tied to trees on shore. This also has to stop. One guy had his anchor in the shallow water and children can trip over it and get seriously injured. Too many potholes on the highway between beaver creek and about 6 miles south. RVs dont need to hit potholes. Please pass this message to whomever will take care of these important issues! Thanks.

THE ALLOWED CONSTANT USE OF GENERATORS IS APPALLING. HOW DO WE ENJOY THE WILDERNESS AND QUIET TIMES OF CAMPING W/O HOOKUPS JUST TO LET THESE RIDICULOUS NEW YOUNGER PEOPLE HAVE FREE REIN TO USE THEIR GENERATORS FOR HOURS ON END EVERY DAY. THEY ARE NOT USING THE GENERATORS TO CHARGE THEIR BATTERIES BUT TO TAKE THE PLACE OF ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS. NATIONAL PARKS AND STATE PARKS ALLOW GENERATOR USE FOR LIMITED HOURS AND IT WORKS WELL. SUGGESTION: TWO HOURS IN THE MORNING AFTERNOON AND EVENING. 8-10 am. 1-3 pm. 5-7 pm. SIX HOUR WINDOWS TO CHOSE FROM. A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT HOURS FOR ALL CAMPERS. SOME EVEN RUN THEM UP TO AND PASS 10 PM AT TIMES. I BEG YOU PLEASE ADOPT SOME KIND OF SCHEDULE FOR THIS. ITS JUST NOT RIGHT THAT THESE PEOPLE SPOIL CAMPING FOR OTHERS!! THANKS.

Wonderful campsite with easy access to the lake. Camp hosts were very nice and keep the restrooms very clean!

My family and friends have been camping at Beaver Creek for about 15 years. We love it here. The new camp hosts are great! I asked for you to replace one of the bench seats two years ago. It wobbles and also parts of the wood are rotting. Site #8 please fix this problem. Otherwise its a wonderful place to bring your family. Stairs to the beach also need some help. The stair 7th from the bottom is half gone the piece of wood is missing and all the sand is gone. Hence half a step. Thanks again.
