Def an RV campground as there wasn't any place to setup a tent other than the pavement

The campground is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We experienced two issues that made this experience memorable, for the wrong reasons. First, there was no water due to bacteria in the supply. This wouldnt have been a huge issue had the campground offered something other than you can get water at the resort up the road. I understand the campground had no control over the bacteria situation, but there was zero attempt at helping to mitigate the issue for the campers. The other issue was the smell from the bathroom. We were a good 100 yards away from the bathroom, but when the breeze blew the right (or wrong) direction, it was worse than being inside the building. I will still go back, but I was asked for my feedback and here it is.

Campgrounds were clean, wonderful place to be. Jeremy, the host, did a fabulous job cleaning the bathrooms and keeping the grounds neat. He delivered our firewood joyfully.

If ur camping/R/V make sure u bring ur own fiddles because the three small (but very kind) stores do not have a large selection (?) Cost is cost wherever u go! Bring patience, things R slower here. Slow down have a great time.

Great little campground right on the river! Very peaceful. Also not too far from town or from the lakes.

Campsites were clean, and beautiful. Pit toilets were very well maintained. While we were there, area was quiet and relaxing. Lots of fish. River was great. Camp hosts were friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a very good experience there. We won't hesitate to go back.

We loved our experience. Our problem is with reservations being held and the site not being occupied. Time and time again the park is empty but the reservation site shows reserved. Something needs to change in order to stop this problem. People would like the chance to reserve

We’ve stayed here several times and have always had great experiences. There is no bad site.
The camp host this time was really awesome!
On a personal note… I’m an amateur birder and was fortunate to see Western Tanagers down by the creek this visit!

Camp ground was very clean and the camp host was very helpful with suggestions on acttivaties. Fishing in the creek was disappointing and I later found out that it hasn't been stocked in quit awhile.
However Twin lakes had great fishing.
We had a forest service person give a fireside talk about black bears in the area as well as other parts of the US and how to best deal with them.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
