Two showers for forty campsites was not enough. Other than that, very nice.

Campsite #21 was an excellent spot. It was a tight fit for a 26' camper and Toyota Tundra pickup. Had to back the camper all the way to the curb stop and park the truck within inches of the hitch. But what a super nice grassy spot behind the camper! Lots of room for a tent +. Other sites along river don't have near the grassy area we did. It has a picnic table and fire ring. Full hook ups. Very peaceful even at full capacity. You are one campsite away from stairs leading down to river and trail head. Restroom only had 1 toilet and 1 shower (and could be locked if occupied) but extremely clean. Everyone was very respectful and we will definitely stay again. We will choose #25 in future for a bit more parking space. Space #20 even shorter. Again, others along river short on grassy spot behind camper but maybe you could hear the water more. Some don't have fire rings. I would probably not stay at campsites along road, it is very busy.

I enjoyed my stay. The campground is nicely maintained. Most campsites are nicely spaced. So you're not right on top of your neighbor. Water and electric utilities in my site worked fine. The site was fairly level. The campground has a very nice amphitheater, but there were no nightly Ranger talks happening while I was there. A shuttle from the campground to the Hot Springs would be helpful, possibly funded by small fee or donations. There is very little RV parking available near the visitor center. The RV sanitary dump station was out of service during my visit. It's sad to see amenities in a National Park campground out of service. It seems to take a very long time to make the repairs and put those features back in service again.

Great spot! Site 21 backs to Gulpha Creek, which makes playing in the water super easy if you have kids. Theres also a large grassy area between the site and the creek. It was a little tight to get into (25 ft trailer) since the fire ring of the site across the road is quite literally touching the road, so there wasnt much space to maneuver. But after some awkward back and forth we made it work. And you cant beat hookups in a national park.Getting into the town to see the bath houses is easy- you can either hike ~1.5 miles or drive over and park. Easy access to other trails from the campground as well.

It is a lovely campground. Unfortunately, none of the drinking fountains were working nor was the restroom closest to our campsite. The hiking trails were a good experience.

Unfortunately it rained while we stayed at this location, but we were able to sneak in a hike. Numerous trails behind the campground and in town. Very cute town.

It is a very well kept campground with full hookups and nice bathhouses. We like more privacy as the spaces were very close with nothing to screen on between. Otherwise, a great campground right along the river. Very pretty area.

Great place to relax and enjoy nature. The creek is cool and refreshing, and the whole campground is very well shaded. The trails are nice and can take you right into town. My family and I look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

We arrived after dark and the friendliest camp host was there to greet us. Grounds and restrooms were both clean. Our site was along the creek bed and our stay was nothing but pleasant.

I strongly recommend this campground. There is a heated bathroom with flush toilets, each campground comes with a bench and a select few come with fire rings. Check each spot and see if it mentions a fire ring. Most don't but I chose spot 21 because it came with a fire ring and backed up directly to the river. In the summer I can imagine it being perfect for playing in the river. The site does not have showers, but each site had water, electric, and sewage hook-ups. It also leads directly to the gulpha gorge trail, which connects to several other trails in the park. It's also a 5 minute drive to gas stations and to the center of bathhouse row. Site #21 is also not too far from trash drop offs and the gulpha gorge Trailhead.

Great place to stay while exploring Hot Springs NP. We liked having a creek right next to our site, and it was a very short walk to the amphitheater and hiking trail to Goat Rock. Would definitely stay again!

the campground is too tightly packed and is NOT good for tenting. i had reserved a site for 2 weeks. i left after 5 days because i could not tolerate the snoring from the family in the adjacent site. too close together. definitely will not go back.
