Campsite was super clean, camp host (Brian) was very friendly and had some great recommendations. We had a site right on the creek which was awesome!

We are just disappointed that we couldn't stay another night. We were right by the creek. It was February, I can just imagine how it might be in the summer. Awesome.

Site #30. Tent. Great spot that's very close to the stream that you can hear the water running. In front of the restroom but the light and noise was not an issue. Clean shower / heated restroom. The nearby hiking trails are easy with elevation changes that leads to the bathhouse row.

#30 was positioned directly across from the bath facilities and had an electric hook up. The tent space was great and we had a view of the stream below.

Busy but quiet campground. Good hookups although facilities with limited occupancy. Walkable to some trailheads. Beautiful stream behind camping sites.

Flat ground, good location next to the bathroom. Near a stream to sleep and listen to natural white noise at night. Plenty of room for a 4 person tent. No drive thru check-in station. Ranger came around later and checked us in while we were pitching up the tent. Parking is expensive on the main street of the bathhouses, same for the parking garages, but free parking is available if you drive off the main street, it's just a little more of a walk to the main attractions.

Best campground ever! Campsites right near the river and near great hiking trails! You can hike right into the town Hot Springs and get your hot bath! We loved it! The camp host was super friendly!

The campground is very nice. There are trails nearby for hiking. If you want to have a fire, be prepared to drive to get some or bring your own. Unless you are brave enough to bike on the busy road, driving or hiking is how you are going to get around the area. Some of the sites are a little difficult to get into than others simply because of the hilly area, but manageable.

Nice full hookup campground. Just wish they were as strict with dogs not being leashed as they are with all four tires of your vehicle being on pavement. Shower house/ restroom was nice but could stand to be cleaned more often. Very close to Hot Springs NP. Walking distance on the trails if you didn't want to drive.

Campground setting is beautiful with hiking trails into town through the forest. Full hook ups are a nice amenity. My greatest concern is the lack of security. There is no gate to the campground. Various people walk and drive through the camp at all hours of day and night. Some seem to be casing the sites for an easy grab. The town has a major drug problem and some of these folks wander through the camp. Although a Ranger drives through, they cant be there regularly. There needs to be a security gate. Staying for a week, I was disappointed that the shower house was not completed. At the price charged, showers should be available (with a passcode for campers only).

CG was very close to town, hiking out the back door, river out the back door, very clean and well cared for. CG spots were mostly level, friendly staff.

Very nice campsites. Rated it very good. Would have rated it excellent if it had showers.

This campground seems to be a busy place with sites for full size RVs, fifth wheels, and large trailers. There are tent campsites as well with no water or electricity and you have to walk or drive to the bathroom. It is very affordable and there are lots of trees to provide shade. There is a boat ramp and lots of people bring their water craft. The sites are a little too close together for me. There is always going to be some that are disrespectful and noisy and that is what you have to deal with almost everywhere.

Stayed here when visiting Hot Springs National Park. Didnt get to experience the campground much but very easy to navigate. You are very close to other campsites, but if you are staying here just passing through town then it is a nice campground and will suit you just fine. Stayed in Tent Site #30 which is right along the river.

We were staying at site 30 for a couple of nights. It was excellent. However due to lack of availability had to move to site 8, it was more of feeling you are parking in a parking lot. Overall, all the sites by the side of the river are very good sites. The host and the park rangers were very friendly and helpful. The overall environment was very good with good access to the hiking trails.
