Park was very clean, quiet and private sites.

Easy to get to and clean. Spaces are a bit too close for us for a state park. We had neighbors behind us (within 15 ft). Pads were level and bathrooms were exceptionally clean.

Great location! Close to everything, but far enough to be quiet. Beautiful stream and trailheads from the grounds.

The park was just the right size. Allows small rvs to big rigs. Nice restrooms and walking paths. There is an amphitheater along the river. Would stay here again when in the area.

I believe the public was better served when camping sites were available as "walk in," sometimes called, "first come first served," and not regulated electronically. I camped for seven days in a row in September only being able to do that because I was willing to move to a different site each day, not the kind of camping experience anyone would want.

The bathrooms were very clean. The hiking trails in the area were challenging, but not overwhelming. Campsites were clean the electrical and water hook ups wearing good condition and the campground is only 10 to 15 minutes away from downtown Hot Springs.. plan to stay there anytime I go to Hot Springs now.

Lovely camp site in gorge located along a clear stream offering plenty of places to cool. Clean well maintained facilities. Great trails (although some steep) including walking access to Hot Springs and some great scenic outlooks.

The campground was difficult to maneuver when you dont know where your site is and there is no one there to help you navigate. Our name was not on our reserved site so we were not even sure we were supposed to be there!Because of the storm during our stay, the visitor center was closed and there was no way for me to get my passport stamp. I wish they would have put a stand outside!

Lovely little place with great RV hookups, right by a nice little river with a stone bridge going across to some very nice trails. The town nearby has some great stuff to explore too. I do wish the campsites were a little further apart; we always felt very close to our neighbors, but overall a nice stay.

Very beautiful location and easy access to the trials. But campsites are right on top of each other.

Pros: Campsite was clean and booking was simple. Close to town. Cons:Campsites are the smallest we have ever seen. No showers, bathrooms were down. Grill was broken. You have to share the fire ring with the neighbor. No playground or activities for the kids.

This was a beautiful campground! We really enjoyed staying here. It had great views and scenery. Its tucked in the middle of the hills with rivers passing through and easily accessible to hiking trails. Its only a short trip to downtown Hot Springs, we rode our bikes (on main roads) for a short ride to explore town. If were back in the area wed definitely stay here again

Not all sites have fire pits and there is no way to tell when booking. Some site are very close together. Your neighbors sewer hook up may be next to your picnic table. Its all about the location to down town Hot Springs. Not the best place to tent camp.

Great little park right in the heart of Hot Springs! Reservation recommended! Had a tough time getting in and could only get 1 night at the time. FHU, some spots a bit tight for our 40' dp. Nice little creek running through the park.

I was surprised at the number of RVs, and thought it would be more tent camping. But it is a lovely campground with many trails to explore. I wonder if there is another spot in the park for another campground, as the number of spots is limited. Would especially be interested in seeing some walk in sites for tent campers.
