Sites are very close together, with no privacy. Had a site next to river. We had to set up our tent next to the electric and sewer connection of next campsite. Had strong sewer smell all night.

This is a compact campground with camping neighbors closer than typical in a national park. All of the hookups worked great, it was quiet through the night. It is a quick drive to the Hot Springs attractions.

We stayed at site 43 for 3 nights in December. Beautiful site along the creek with full hookups. Lots of great hiking right from the campground. The historic Bath House Row is a short drive from the campground. We would definitely return to this campground.

Very nice campground right outside Hot Springs National Park. Lovely creek running beside the campground. It is on the rustic side but that is the type that we enjoy the most.

Decent site, but on the smaller side -- neighbors are very close. It's nice that it's right next to a stream. The campground has a link to the trails on the back side, which is nice.

We love this campground - it is small, quiet, and very beautiful, and there are lots of hiking trails and other activities close by. The only problem we had is that we had made our reservation for 2 days, but for some reason our second night had been cancelled; the host called when we arrived to tell us to rebook the second night. We were worried that someone else might have already booked it (because we had no idea when and why it had been cancelled), but it all worked out.

Beautiful campground, beautiful area. No real check in and no information provided. Bathroom was closed in campground, front bathroom at park was open and clean.

Nice spot next to a creek with full hookups. Very nice location with concrete picnic table and food prep table. Sites are close together. Restrooms are good but no showers. Nice hiking trails from the campground to the bath houses and tower.

Beautiful campground!! Site was level and spacious with all hookups, a fire ring and picnic table. Lovely shade and quiet but great location for seeing all of Hot Springs. Camp hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable.

We enjoyed 10 wonderful days next to the mountain stream. We love Hot Springs. We love the flea markets, restaurants, and leisure strolls through historic downtown.

Spot 43 was very close to the bathrooms and across from the extremely friendly & attentive camp hosts. It is along the creek and it looks & sounds amazing. This spot didn't have much room for a tent unless you use the driveway. The grounds were very tidy. The campsite was very clean and well maintained as well. The driveway looked brand new. This spot has a picnic table and tall grill but no fire-pit. It is very very loud here - there are main roads all around. There are no showers. We had phone service the whole time. It's super close to town that could be a pro or con depending on how it's viewed.

We stayed 2 nights at Gulpha Gorge. We had to switch sites as we could not reserve the same sites 2 nights in a row even though we made our reservation a couple months back. We switched sites. Nobody ever came to the site we left. Not the parks fault. Too many people are making reservations that are what ifs and never canceling

The sites are just too close to each other. Your picnic table is literally within a yard of your neighbor's sewer drain. Not even big enough to have a fire pit. If it's raining, you must shut all your blinds just so your neighbors aren't in your trailer with you. There's no excuse as the picnic area in the park just adjacent sits empty. Why not take every other site and move it over there????

This is a beautiful, if somewhat compact campground. Our site was essentially level, right on the bank of the stream. I prefer campgrounds with more space and trees between sites, but for what this is, it's fine. The only real drawback is the road being so close, but in a gorge like this, there's really no alternative. There are lots of trails accessible from the campground, including a longish hike to the Hot Springs visitor center. We were passing through and didn't have time to enjoy then, but would easily return and stay for a while to take in the area. It's a lovely space.

Very nice town and country spot right next to a beautiful creek. Just a few minutes drive from downtown. No showers but there's a nice Planet Fitness in town.
