Friendly hosts and staff. This a great, classic style campground in a woodsy setting. Not a concrete RV park like so many places are now. Full hookups made things easy with the camper. Smaller driveways and pads so pay attention to your lengths and room for parking. Fairly quiet except for some road noise. Easy access to numerous hiking trails, and super close to downtown Hot Springs area for quick trips into town. I loved it and will plan to return soon.

Great location and facilities with lots of well marked trails leading right from the campground. Downtown Hots Springs is a short hike away.

It is in a great location. We enjoyed the bath houses and hiking in the park. Our site was good and beautiful view. There is one bathroom for women and one for men with toilet and shower for the whole campground. The only negative is we noticed homeless people coming in at night walking around and sleeping in their cars. .

Hot Springs is the perfect mixture of history, the outdoors, good food, and fun things to do! Trails are well-marked. The campground is small and in beautiful surroundings with modern hookups and restrooms. Although there is only one shower per gender, there are several restrooms. I never had to wait long for a shower since full hookups had many campers using their RVs.

Sites are best for RVs and campers, but okay for tents at a squeeze. Close together, too, so not much privacy. Great location with easy access to trail system and quick drive to all parts of town. Creek is fun for wading and nice burbling at night. Its clear the campground is underfunded or understaffed; the greeting center has no personnel and no information stocked. Dont know if always so or due to recent cuts, but needs improvement. Reservation checker was personable regardless!Nice to have a shower for reservation holders!

Nice campground. Surprised to find they had new restroom/shower facilities and all campsite now have full hookups no more dump station. Fire ring appeared to not have been emptied in a very long time! Ring is probably 18 tall and ash level was a couple inches from the top!

The Campground is RV only (or atleast as far I have seen). We went with the expectation to setup a tent but to our disappointment had to sleep in the car for the night. Otherwise pretty clean and decent campground.

Very convenient for Springs visit. Nice trails, but uphill from campground to every connecting trail. Bathroom facility closest to our sight was handicapped accessible, however no walkway in for others.

Campground was beautiful, the spot we had was amazing, at the trail head, next to the ampitheater, and being able to hear the creek as it flowed. Yes it was a little noisy with Route 7 running next to it and the trucks but sometimes you deal with little things like that. The trails are great and challenging, fun and safe.

One of the two bathrooms was closed during the visit, and the other one had flooding entering the restroom. There was no check-in process, and all of the firepits were flooded. We got this campsite for the night to enjoy a fire during a dreary day, but when we got there the firepits were unusable. This campground needs to invest a bit more into their setup, especially paying $34 for the night.Additionally, the hiking trail path was flooded by the little river that runs by the campground. Some sort of bridge or tree would be an easy fix to allow folks to go on a walk/hike.

The bypass HWY 7 opens soon. When it does , the road noise should be a lot less on Hwy 7s that goes by the park. Lots of road noise. Sirens etc......

Lots of day time road noise, no fire pit at our site, BBQ pit rusted out, 4 to 5 inches drop off from parking pad.
