We were attending, noted the RVs were the predominant vehicle that was noted could hear light and had to knock on one persons door about the RV experience. Otherwise we appreciate the stream experience and seeing animals that were wild in nature, we enjoyed the hikes that were in the natural park and enjoyed bathhouse role. Thank you for preserving the United States of America.

Overall, this is a nice campground. The sites are close together. It was confusing to know which site # post went with which site. An arrow would be helpful. We had to ask the neighbor which site they were on. The utilities were in the back corner of the site. I would have had to use 2 sewer hoses if I needed to empty the tank. Would use again if in the area.

Nice campsite in the woods next to the stream. Great to have full hook ups. Camp host was very helpful.

This site and others along this row are quite close together. Picnic table is close the neighbors dump sewer. We didn't really spend any time sitting outside, but did enjoy the hike nearby. We had site 16 the day before. That one was for a smaller RV but more spacious.

The location and running creek make this campground very pleasant. I only gave 3 stars for our experience largely due to the campground was not well-kept. There was trash around the campsites, non of the water spigots or drinking fountains were working (despite temperatures over 100), and when we went to pick up our campground maps and brochures, that building had dirty floors, cobwebs, horrible musty smell, and dead bugs - it looked like it had not been cleaned in quite a long time. Please attend to the cleanliness and this campground will be another jewel on our National Parks roster.

Gulpha Gorge next to Hotsprings is a great location for a camp ground. Its proximity to the city and trails was an amazing. You can hike into Bathhouse Row from the park through the National Park. There are plenty of hiking trails to walk and the campsites are great. We camped on a full hookup next to the river. At night we watch fireflies by the campfire while listening to the rush of water over the rocks. During the day we saw fish, turtles, and snakes in the crystal water from the campsite. Our kids played in the water (after some screening from the adults) during the heat of the day. It hit all of our requirements for getting out in nature and having day trip adventures. However, there are some detractors. Without listing out the complaints the park is simply in need of maintenance. It falls well short of the quality bar of the Arkansas State Parks I have visited (8). The trails were heavily infested with ticks (pick 30+ off the dog during our hikes) and had several areas in need of work (wash outs, fallen trees, etc). A little maintenance work for the park and trails would go a long way to taking a good park into an exceptional one. This is an amazing place that just needs a little investment.

The campsites are very small. Our spot was just enough space to pitch our two tents if they were touching and we didnt use the fire pit. One of the two bathrooms, the one closest to us was closed/out of order. The one that was open was not clean and a decent walk. There are no shower facilities. The creek behind the campsite was wonderful and our kids had a blast playing. Would not return but we made the best of the night there.

Sites were way too close together. Our neighbors used our power and water thinking, I guess, that they were their connections. Too many many lights and bathrooms out of order meant a long late night walk. At least you couldn't get lost with all the lights everywhere. Worst National Park Campground I've stayed at. I recommend you pass this one by.

Enjoyed it. Clean bathrooms and a nice campground. However, not all spots have fire rings and there is no way to know if a spot has a fire ring or not. We didnt have one and that put a damper on the evening.

Cozy, beautiful campground. Maintenance of the property is immaculate and camp hosts Rich and Johnny were so helpful and kind! Rich sorted out a reservation issue for me and Johnny helped my son and I get back into our camper after being locked out. We will definitely be back!!!

This is a beautiful campsite in a natural, fully shaded setting. The campground host was friendly and helpful. Some of the campsites are very narrow but they are all lovely. Most of them have fire rings and or standing grills. The bathrooms do not have showers but there are plenty of them! The campsite is located along a beautiful creek and at the base of a mountain. There are lots of trails and bathhouse row is a two and a half mile hike over the mountain.

Very very close sites; did not realize the retainer wall was so steep that you can't actually go down to the water from this one. Our 37 ft fifth wheel was hard to get in there, and left very little room for parking the truck. Otherwise a nice campground with a wonderful host. Just wish it was not so cramped. Location to downtown HS is a huge perk. Also really close to Magic Springs.

Beautiful and clean grounds. Some of the campsites are quite close together. #30 looked to be a good one with more room and less proximity to neighbors. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The other campers were all respectful. The creek and nearby hikes are easily accessible and great amenities to this spot.
