It was secluded and sights were roomy and private. Not having cell service was inconvenient. The access to water was sketchy. No dump station should have been listed somewhere on the web sight.

This is a beautiful campground with large and private sites. We have a 33' 5th wheel and we had no issues getting into our site. (#36). The campground host was very helpful and friendly, and we appreciated her guidance regarding extending our stay. This was a good location that allowed us to make day-trips to several beautiful destinations. Also of note, the sunsets over the lake were amazing! The only negative I have is the potholes, as mentioned by many, as they are hard on vehicles & RVs.

Very quiet. Campsites spaced apart. Campground road has deep potholes.Extremely clear lake great for snorkeling.

Loved the sites, EXCEPT no dump station. (We had an electric site.) Glad we accidentally found out before we got there because we needed to dump both before arriving and after.
Loved the beach, pier and paved trail along lake.
Please make it more clear on maps and electric site signup there is no dump station. We had to call the Rec.gov phone number and got jerked around with long messages before we got to a real ranger station secretary who told us the nearest dump site was Coswell Lake 27 miles away.

Vault toilets had NO toilet paper all day Sunday. Loaded with dead flies covering floor.

We love Camp 7 Lake Campground. It has large campsites, very quiet and very clean.
This was our 3rd year camping there.
I would have given the highest rating, except this, the camphost didn't keep up with cleaning bathrooms or reserved tags on campsites.

Beautiful campground, spacious spots. The only negative aspect of the campground is the one & only dumpster for the entire campground is picked up only once a week, on Wednesday. We came on Sunday, dumpster is over flowing with garbage, we were 2 sites down from the dumpster, if the wind came in our direction we could smell it....needless to say by Wednesday when we left, garbage was put on the ground by campers because of no room to pile anymore on top. Bags were torn & spread alround by the critters at night...I consider Camp 7 Lake a rather large and quite busy campground and I'm really puzzled on why only 1 dumpster & picked up only on Wednesday. There's room for 2 dumpsters, maybe even 3 if it's only picked up once a week.
