We loved our time at Lizard Creek. We loved the privacy of camp site #1 and it felt very secluded and yet close to the bathroom. It was convenient to have a dish water disposal station in the bathhouse. The views of Lake Jackson were amazing!

Our favorite campground of the year. Lovely well-maintained campground with great and helpful hosts. Sites 1, 2, and 3 are fantastic walk-in tent sites that have natural isolation and lovely settings. We were in site one and had a natural hill separating us from the other two walk-in sites, so it felt very private. We were next to the road, but the road noise was not an issue after about 9 p.m. Site one also accommodated our ginormous Eureka Copper Canyon 2-room 8-person tent, so glampers rejoice! Clean flush toilets in the restrooms and a convenient large bear box that easily fit our camp stove, cooler, and food box. A little trail from the amphitheater across from site 13 leads down to the lake and beautiful views (my husband saw a beaver there one morning). Overall a terrific experience. This was also one of few sites we have had in this area where part of the campground has pretty good cell service (again, down by the amphitheater).

Ranger trs sympathique et aidante. Beaucoup de recyclage pour toutes les matires, ce qui est trs bien pour lenvironnement. Beaucoup de moustiques. Et trs dispendieux pour les services disponibles, soit pas de douche ni wifi.
