What a gem of a place to stay. The campground was very clean and welcoming. The staff was fantastic - meeting people and sharing stories from all over the world and Yellowstone! Would definitely stay there again!

Just stayed one night, but the site and facilities were great.

This is nice campground but a bit further north in GTNP so you add 30 minutes to anything you do in GTNP for travel. This also makes it less competitive to get a site. It is quieter and much less busy than Colter Bay RV Park. The restaurant at the visitor center is excellent with a better menu than the ever-present hamburgers other places have. We do most of our meals on the road or at the RV but decided splurge on our last night in the park and were very pleased we did. It fills quickly and the wait can be long so go early if you can.

Good location and thats what youre paying for. We didnt use the bathhouse however, I did look at them. They are large and clean and seem to be kept up well. Our only complaint is the lack of maintenance on each site. Staff doesnt clean the fire rings out after someone leaves nor do they clean up the site. Not sure why, because our ring was full of old wood and trash. Most of the site arent too level and need more gravel added. We had several days of rain and we were camping in a puddle. Ours wasnt as bad as some. For the most part its a beautiful place, just needs a little touch here and there
