Love this campground! Been visiting for over 30 years from Bozeman & have experienced its recent, post Covid, popularity. My only suggestion is updating cancellations in real time for those hoping to reserve a newly canceled camp site... Having left the campground early in the morning and seen many sites that were not used the previous night brought this suggestion to share.Much appreciation, Mark

We stayed only one night and were disappointed with our experience in this campground. We had a dead tree on the ground just next to our tent, sites are divided with tree trunk often rotten instead of rocks like in other National Parks, and our campsite was covered with wild vegetation and really close to other campers. Toilets facilities were very old and not well located in the campground, at least they were clean but some of the potable water stations were broken and there was no sink for the dishes, lock broken in some booths and you have to flush the toilet several times for it too flush. Also lots of coming and going by car from other campers of guests during the night until 3am and form 5am, curfew was not inforced at all. Overall the campground looks not maintained at all by the manager since a few years. We were really disappointed with our experience here especially considering the price we paid, by far the most expensive we paid in a National Park. We've been to many National Parks campgrounds and always had nice experience, all of them were better laid out and maintained and had more services for half the price we paid here.

It was a cold, but nice stay. I like that it is close to the river and the Moulton barns.

Wonderful location. I love everything about our National Park system.

We never found the restroom, and didn't spend too much time at camp other than sleeping, but it was a quiet, clean, nice place to stay.
