Hosts were nice and helpful , sites were a bit tight but you take what you can when availability is limited, bathrooms were clean as were the sites

This is a very nice campground. Beautiful sites with plenty of space. Pretty pricey though, considering you don't even have showers or a store or anything. Staff was friendly at check-in and seemed to be on top of things. However, we never saw any staff out and about in the park. I think the experience could be improved with more interaction with staff and inviting people to take hikes, listen to ranger talks etc. Right now, it's all a big secret - you have to ask essentially. We felt very much on our own, which is fine, until there's a problem.

Great location and campground!

This is a huge campground in a great location, and moose and bear sightings are not unusual. But there is only one electric loop in the whole place, and for those of us with campers, that's far from optimal.

I was so grateful to the facility to have clean bathrooms and the ability to buy ice at the facility. Loved our stay!

This site had water and electric as advertised. However, water fountains were disabled due to COVID and it was not clear whether the taps in their place were for drinking water or regular tap water. The camping spot had a picnic table on gravel and no clearing for pitching the tent. Most campgrounds typically have a shrub-free clearing where you pitch your tent, here most people pitch their tents on the shrubs (there is no grass, they are plants) or, like us, squeeze into the gravel space beside the picnic table. There isn't space there for more than a small two-person tent. Maybe in non-COVID times, it would be better maintained with a clearing.
