Excellent arrival experience, friendly and helpful staff. We loved the campsite (RV site with electric). It is very quiet and peaceful. Bathrooms were very clean. We hope to be back soon!

This was a good place to stay if you want to be near the southern part of the Grand Teton National Park. We enjoyed checking out the wildlife nearby. We saw a mama moose and her calf near the river not too far from the campground. In our second spot in the campground I discovered that you could walk down to the river. We were able to hike around Jenny Lake, check out Jackson, Wyoming, see pronghorn in both the Elk Preserve & in Lupine Meadow while staying. We had a great time! On the way out we saw mama moose up a hill after exiting the campground not too far from the bridge.

Spring is the perfect time to be here. The crowds are thin, the animals are very active and everything is green. We had moose wandering through the campsite every day. You do need to be prepared for cold weather. We had snow (which melted quickly) and the temperature got as low as 15.
