Campsite was in a great location to park a 30ft motor home with Electric hookup and another vehicle and be close to amazing hikes and inspiring views of the Tetons. We used the fire ring for smores and like that the well maintained bathrooms were just around the corner. We think this park provided decent spacing between vehicles and was relatively quiet it the evenings. Highly recommend.

Very well taken care of camp site. Neighbors not too close. Close to various activities.

Back-in site with power. I have a full size pickup and a 21 foot trailer. A bit of a struggle to back-in because of the site layout. Electric hookup only. No showers available.
Gros Ventre is at the South end of Grand Teton National Park and we stayed here for 2 nights before moving to Colter Bay.
Somewhat busy but we were just at the start of the season and I imagine that it gets busier. Close to Jackson and all the touristy things to do there (food/drink, etc.)

Quiet and a delightfully green respite from town with wilderness on all sides. It was magical to wake up to dawn breaking against the Tetons to the west and the drive from the campground to either Jackson or Yellowstone offered beautiful, pastoral views of Wyoming.

Great campground. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Restrooms were clean. Dump station and fresh water refill on exit. 50A electric at site. What better way to wake up and there are 2 bull moose across from your motorhome.
