It's a great location for accessing all the trails, lakes, and rivers in Grand Teton. Camp is sitting 4.5 miles away from the main travel rout in a quiet and beautiful location by Gros Ventre River. The sites vary, mine had plenty of space to pitch a tent. The site also had a great view of the mountains. Most of the campground is shaded, under the cottonwoods. One thing I wish the campground had is more bathrooms and also a shower facility. At this moment one can drive to the bathroom that is located in the father end of the loop and one can take showers at other campgrounds, or just jump in the river or a lake. I also liked how respectful everyone was of quiet hours.

Pretty overpriced campground with the same amenities as others that are $20 a night. Primarily a RV place and the differential sizes of the sites dont change the price.

The place is clean and well organized. Only negative is having to make an appointment to use the dump station. There is not enough capacity to service 200 plus camp sites.

Another camper took the wrong spot. Rather than offer to let us stay in the spot we were forced to take, we were made to move the next morning even the two above sites were right next to each other and essentially identical sites in the services and features.

Sites are paved, many are shaded. More planting of shade trees around exposed sites would be the only recommendation we could make as the afternoon sun is hot and intense in the summer until the sun goes down. Very nice campground.

The park was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The scenery was amazing of course and even excided expectations. I highly recommend this recreation for anyone looking for a premier outdoor experience.
