Nice campground. Spread out enough that you do not feel overcrowded. Lots of good hiking trails around for all levels of hiking. Beautiful Lake near by.

Our site, A-25 did not have a good tent spot, so we ended up pitching our tent in the middle of the old asphalt driveway. It was difficult to pound our tent stakes into the rock-hard ground. It would be nice if all the sites had pre-prepared tent spots like in the Apgar A-loop, or if the camping web site was more specific about which sites were good for tents and which were better for in-vehicle camping. Also, the nearby bathroom had no hand soap. With all the concern about public health and COVID, the bathrooms really should all be stocked with hand soap.

This is a great campground. There are several trails leading right from the campground, which is nice. The sites are pretty well spaced out, and there are numerous water spigots and bathrooms. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained, and there are dump stations in each bathroom. There are surprisingly few bear boxes available though, like one for every 3-4 campsites, and we had to keep food in our car.

Beautiful campground. This specific site is small and rocky, so not the best for a larger tent. However, it has both shade and a beautiful mountain view, so ultimately we didnt mind putting our tent in the driveway area. It was also very close to all the amenities: there was a water spigot right next to the site, and restrooms, dumpster, and food locker were all right across the street.

I love the campground. It is a bit out of the way and not too busy. It has easy access to many beautiful hikes and the lake is wonderful for canoeing. All the hikes were beautiful and not over run with too many people. The lakes and rivers are clear and cool.

LOVED the campsite here! I wish I had it longer than just one night. The space was well designed, easy to access and felt like it had more privacy than other campgrounds based on where they retained trees. Would definitely stay here again
