We camped in site 87 at the end of June and WOW! It was perfect. It's a pull-through site and had just enough shade to keep our small 20' camper cool but also provided multiple sunny spots for our solar suitcase to charge our batteries quickly. There is a fresh water pump across from the site which came in handy. The restrooms are a short walk (2 campsites down the road) and were very clean. Site 87 seems a little more spacious as it's at the end of a "loop", the last site before the "generator free" zone, so only closer neighbors on one side. Gorgeous, unobstructed mountain view, and a little path from our site to the river where we saw moose. Easy, quick walk to the Swiftcurrent store and cafe. There were paid showers available via the store, but we did not use them. Quick walk to the trailhead that accesses many different hikes. We walked to Fishercap Lake in the mornings and evenings and watched moose. We missed a grizzly bear at Fishercap by about 30 minutes, so, just a reminder to always carry bear spray. The rangers were friendly and helpful. The dump station was easy to access just before you came into the campground.

Beautiful, well-kept campground. Perfect basecamp for exploring Many Glacier. Our only regret was not staying longer!
If you require online reservations you should have access to internet in the park. The bathrooms windows were closed and during COVID they should be open.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
