Wonderful week at Watsadler. Very relaxing. Site was a good size. Bath house was clean. We will be back in June!

We stayed for the pre4th. Unfortunately you cannot have golf carts here. Corps needs to change this rule to allow golf carts and scooters to get to the distant bathrooms and playgrounds.

We love camping at Watslader camp ground. Great sites. Clean , check in easy and very nice hosts .

We had a very nice site on the water. The higher numbered sites are farther away from the highway if noise bothers you.

I love the fact you can bring your boat and have at the ready at your campsite.

Campsite was not cleaned. There was a big full bag of garbage, grill was filthy covered with melted cheese and charcoal, firepit was filled with ashes and unburned wood, cigarette butts all over. The ants were out of control ! We had to go to wamart and buy all kinds of ant spray.

We drove up without reservations on a Tuesday and greeted by a friendly and very helpful "Attendant". He explained the reservation process and gave us a site map with the available sites. We chose our site but still had problems with the online site and he again helped us finish up with the reservation. Later in the week he came to our site and let us know that there were some cancelations if we wanted to extend our stay which we did.
Our sites were clean and our stay was most enjoyable. Thank you to our hosts Nathan and Sherri.

We've been camping with friends (2-3 other couples) for over 15 years in different locations throughout Georgia (State Parks, Corps of Engineers and some private campgrounds) and my husband and I both said that this was THE BEST campground for our group. Could not have been any better, except for the driving thru Atlanta on I-85, hahaha. Really, we enjoyed this location immensely and will absolutely return. Hosts could not have been better!
