Always a good visit here,staff are always friendly and welcoming and always a nice place,,thats why we are repeat visitors..job well done

Beautiful setting with sites right on the lake. Seemed to me best sites were 1-8 but they are also very close to a busy road creating some noise. Overall a fabulous park.

let me start by saying I feel safe at this campground. Everyone is friendly. check in and out is easy. It always seems to be full of people, with that said it also feels private too. The bathrooms are standard and clean. dump and trash stations are clean. standard power and water hookup. I have stayed at 2 different sites within the campground, both were fairly level. At some of the sites you will see and hear US highway 29. beautiful lake scenery. Its close to town. Hartwell is a fairly large "small town" 10 minutes away, or you can go 30 minutes north to Anderson SC, which is a large city.

Nice campsites. Ants are terrible! I have never seen them that bad.

No soap in bathrooms or nothing to dry your hand all signs about Covid precautions but no soap doesnt make sense.no heat in one bath house.no gate code cant take in late movie-have to worry about getting back in time .Nice clean bathrooms .Great sites large and plenty of extra room

Loved this campground. Very large sites and nicely spaced out. Sorry we were there for only one night.

The elderly couple running the campground were very friendly. We had site 3 and 4. Very large sites. Site 3 had no grill. Bathhouse was well taken care of. Will go back again.

Absolutely wonderful campground. Upon entry the camp host was friendly and gave us a quick run down of the campground. Our site was very nice. Large back in site in the water. A nice picnic table, fire ring/cooking grate and a lantern hanger. No issues with water or power.

There is no wi-fi, lots are mostly wooded so fixed satellite doesnt work. Camp hosts are very friendly and nice. Camping spots are clean and the lots having go spacing between each of them. We will stay there again when in that area.

This campground is quiet and right on the water. The sites are not close together and are well maintained, many have nice water views. The campground is also close to Hartwell GA for supplies and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.

Absolutely stunning spot. Park attendant was prudish but I didn't go to see her. The lake is near the dam and a liquor store down the road.
