This site was very spacious and accessible to the lake, however walking down to the lake was down a slight hill. I use trekking poles just for extra security from falling but you don't have too of course. There are some small trees down by the lake you have to watch out for if you're fishing but I was able to still fish without getting tangled in them. All in all, it has a beautiful view of the lake and the sunsets are gorgeous. This campsite has a fishing pier that we were able to walk to and fish from. The bathrooms were nice and clean and within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

The park is beautiful!!! My only complaints are at the gate. They have it blocked off so if you already checked in and you go somewhere then you have to sit in lines while others check in instead of going around like we used to be able to do

Nice clean campground. It desperately needs more washer and dryers and up to date ones at that. Television coverage is awful for being so close to Gainesville/Atlanta. No network stations at all.
