We love the location, nice host. For 9 years we’ve been spending two weeks at Bald Ridge during July 4th. This year was a slight let down as Management has cut back on maintenance of the grounds. Our grass was shin high when we checked in and was not cut for two weeks during our stay and was knee high when left. (Bring your on mower) One new RR/Shower building has open and is nice.
Management needs to reassess priorities as campers will pay for nicer facilities, just look at Lanier Islands as it’s full and campers paying $100 to camp there. Please keep the camp ground up, reassess how you schedule maintenance crews. Have all mowers cut together at one campground per day as five campgrounds will have been cut and appreciated by all. Just saying. Maybe less management and more maintenance would work. Just saying.

One of the three bath houses was not even open. Also in the other bathhouses they were missing three shower curtains in the womens. We were NOT very happy and we are going back there this coming week and pray it will be different

The staff is very friendly. Campsites were well kept. The bathrooms were clean but old. The only negative, is it would be nice to have a family bathroom. My brother-in-law has dementia and needs assistance. Other than that, we have been going there for 7 years and we love Baldridge.

The campground host makes the experience good or bad. My host was GREAT! She was so friendly. I still wish there was a limit on dogs. The barking does get bad at times. I enjoyed the camping.

Nice campground with flat sites and plenty of space. The bathrooms could use some better cleaning and updating, however. Loved having the washer/dryer at the bath house.

Nice campground with many boat access sites. However, many trees that have fallen or been cut down need to be removed from water access or campsite. We have been camping there for years and a few trees down didn’t bother us but now there are many. Please clean up and make it safer for families.
Thanks

Rangers dont seem to come around much. There was a lot of rule breakers that gate attendent could nit get to comply. These rule breakers werent suffering any consequences. Saw kids riding bicycles off the boat dock. There were a lot of people who also dont read the no fishing off the boat dock. They were always In The way of boaters trying to get in and out of water
