Wonderful family camp. The only thing......the bath house near site 124 was so extremely hot and in great need of ventilation/ac.

The dump stations do not allow for complete dumping. They are on a slant and there are no hookups to back flush the tanks. Other than that it’s a great place!!

The lake was beautiful! Sunset gorgeous. Campsite was right on the water. Peaceful and quiet

We had a good time. The weather held up, but they were beginning to drain the lake (an annual event). The only bad experience, is we had quite an invasion of carpenter ants. After spraying down the cabin, and all the touch points outside, it seemed to subside.

We love McKinney Campground! Have stayed in various sites. Most have been great. Site 64 is private and quiet and a good site for seeing deer. There is no water view and the deer make up for it. Site was pretty clean and it was easy to back into. Hosts were nice.

Love McKenney's. We would like to see better landscaping done. We know that's alot to ask but clearer paths to the beach area from tall grasses and poison ivy. Also cleaner beach area from pine cones and tree limbs. We do try to do our part in picking up litter as we walk and kayak. Thank you for all you do to provide a nice camping area.

Beautiful park, unfortunately there was an ice storm that prevented us from enjoying it fully.

Great park. Well kept. Roads, sites, and loops are all tight for larger RVs & 5th Wheels. For example: There was a family group with several cars parked on the right side of a curved road edge on the departure road when we left. I had to drag my left rear tires through the mud of the inside shoulder (quickly) because there was ZERO room to swing the turn. 33 ft Class A.
