Very nice beaches to hang out. The facility was very clean and friendly host/staff. We heard about the bears, but we think it is caused by people reading the wild bears. Something that campers should be educated. NEVER FEED THE WILD ANIMALS. let them be wild. They dont naturally like humans. Beautiful place! We will be back for sure!

Exelente lugar , muy limpio y seguro, los baos limpios , mucho espacio para disfrutar el lago, caminar entre los rboles y poder descansar de la vida cotidiana, se los recomiendo ampliamente, gracias.

We first visited Wolf Creek this year for one nigh on June 25th. We were so taken with the beauty of the area and the reservoir that we booked again for the weekend of July 17th and we were not disappointed. It was, hands down the most beautiful spot we'd ever been to, ever! The water was pristine, the sites clean and we really felt like we're out there. We spent two full days and the morning we were leaving out on the water in paddle boards and rafts. It was heaven! So when we came back on the weekend of August 7th to find the two islands we'd swam to the previous weekends, no longer under water, we were so disappointed. The reservoir had been drained! This was not the paradise we'd enjoyed the previous times, it was all wrong! It may be a result of Covid and people needing to get out, but practically every site in the campground had three vehicles, some more, and on average, it seemed each site had well over the 6 people limit and we observed no social distancing. There were too many people crowed in each site and the pit toilets were horrendous, the garbage containers were overflowing, people were loud into the wee hours of the night, it was filthy, overcrowded and just plain crazy. Our site also happened to be in-between two sites that had booked in together, with large families and who continued to pass in and out of our tent sites all through the night. I was so disappointed that I just cancelled the reservation I booked for two sites in August 28-Sept 1. Too bad, we'll have to find a new place to call paradise.
