Definitely cannot accommodate 50 people. We barely had room for 6 tents and most of them were not on fully flat ground. You Must also drive to get to the lake.

we stayed at group site 4. The location is beautiful and has its own private restrooms and water supply on the site and in front of restrooms. The site is secluded and other site folks cant even see you. It has private parking which is quite secluded as well. But here are the cons to consider:
- the site is not really really big so 25 people are going to squeeze in there. we were 10 people and it was a tight squeeze.
- there is absolutely no tree cover so in the mornings you are going to be roasted. We put up picnic blankets in between restrooms and parking as it was private driveway and no interference. But just note, campsite itself has no trees. Got amazing night sky viewing though :)
- the water body is not accessible from site. but if you drive up less than 3 mins you can hit it and go kayaking.
- Not many trails to checkout from camp site. mostly its bush wacking.

Site 4 get 10/10 for privacy and 3/10 for shade . Restrooms were very clean - so great job on that private restroom management company :)

We had a really nice time here despite some late-season rain! Site 1 is great -- plenty of space for tents, four toilets, shade, plenty of picnic tables, and a nice fire ring. Site 2 actually does have a toilet, but still better for RVs. We took a look at Sites 3 and 4 since no one was there, and it appeared that the regrowth would limit the number of tents you could put up right now. It's a bit of a hike to the lake, but there's a fire road that leads there; it's accessible from the road or with a bit of bushwhacking.

We rented group site #1 for a family trip with 45 people. It was such a fantastic place to spend Memorial Day weekend, despite the chilly weather, the location was so beautiful and clean. There were 6 picnic tables, 2 permanent prep tables, a big fire ring, 2 clean water faucets that you can actually drink out of, 4 bathrooms, and parking for 10+ cars. The rangers were super friendly and stopped by when we got there to make sure we had everything we needed, then once per day to check on bathrooms. Best part about the campground was that it was so removed from other sites, we couldn't see or hear anyone, which was good because we were LOUD! The only disappointment was that while you could see the lake there was no trail to get there. You have to walk out to the main road, down about 1/4 mile to the next campground then cut down that way, takes about 15-20 each way. I'd encourage them to cut a path for easier access. All that said, we'd 100% go back again. Such a great find!!

Great site with involved hosts and clean setting. Potable water and dump toilets available.

Campsite 4 is completely overgrown, and had no good space for tents. Barely any shade until the evening, and full of yellow jackets and mosquitoes.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
