Lawrence is the best camp host we have ever encountered. SERIOUSLY. He's the main reason we chose this location and he's the reason we rescheduled another camping trip there.

The campground hosts did an outstanding job of keeping the sites clean and squared away... makes it much nicer for the incoming campers.

Loved the campsites and cleanliness of the camp. Only negative we had was an interaction with an older couple. We like the campground for its family friendliness. We had our son and daughter in law and their daughter and three foster children. The kids were really very good but maybe a little loud with their running and playing. They really need this outside experience. The older couple scolded them for their running and fun. The kids learned something about how to behave in public and settled down an little. I am still a little concerned about the manner of the reprimand more than the reprimand. We will be back. Grateful for our wilderness spaces although I am sure it is a little hard on the environment.
