Camp was great and well kept. Host was very friendly and took very good care of us. She was concerned that some of the other campers had noisy dogs. But all was worked out.

We were tent camping. Best kept campsites Ive been too! I loved the designated tent area four our family but would be hard if I had more than one tent to set up. The river was beautiful and perfect for kids to play in and hop on rocks. I would take my family here again.

We stayed in C23, it was amazing. To be clear for anyone renting c19-23; these sites are completely hike your stuff up only. 23 is a long walk up hill, a long way away from the restroom, the only 2 downsides. Absolutely Gorgeous, an amazing place to stay. You are all by yourself accept for the dear. I was woken up at 6 am by dear. There were 7 dear around our camp. I was about 5 ft from one. just a warning make sure you put all food away. Bread and Doritos seem to be a favorite. The camp hosts and grounds keepers are all awesome. They will definitely work with you if situations arise. restrooms are very clean. All grilling is done on the fire pit, entire campground was the cleanest I've ever seen.Wonderful place for kids, friends and family to get together. We also had friends stay in site 11 and 7 (double site) which were very close together which made hanging out very nice.FYI to anyone who rents spaces in advance and doesn't use them, it is very inconsiderate for everyone else trying to stay there.Camp was all booked out on the website, but mostly empty while we were there.

We come here often. The temperatures averages 20 degrees cooler than St George. The camp sites are level and graveled with cement pads. Good picnic tables and fire rings at each site. Many sites also include nice prepared tents sites. There is plenty of space in between the sites. No hook ups with a dump station a few miles outside the park. Use your federal park pass to get half off. The week days are quiet so relaxing and enjoying the wildlife and scenery is awesome. Allen the camp host is great. He keeps the restrooms in good condition. He drives through several times a day and checks that things are going good.
There are several hiking trail heads within the park. You can fish the lake (not a large lake.) Snow Canyon is just South on Hwy. 18. A piece of home made pie at the Veyo Pie Shop. You can kayak, fish, boat at Gunlock Resavoir, Sand Hollow ( all water sports plus ATV riding at the sand dunes), Quail Hollow, and all the golfing you would want.

One day use site played loud music for five hours. All other campers were great neighbors. The site was well designed and good upkeep.
The dump station was closed, very inconvenient

One day use site played loud music for five hours. All other campers were great neighbors. The site was well designed and good upkeep. The dump station was closed, very inconvenient The camp Manager acted like they had no budget to get the dump station operating. The had inexperienced technicians on the job. Poor excuses for a government contractor.

Great way to reserve a site and determine how many sites are still available.
