Generators running past curfews. People driving and using train horns and playing music well into the night. Zero response from park hosts. Was NOT happy with this. Facility was nice and dock was good for our boat. Wish camp host was more attentive to park rules.

Our family of five stayed here for two nights, using two tents. The proximity to the creek was awesome. It was quiet and set down off of the road. The hosts were super helpful and the bathrooms (located next to the host sites) were extremely clean. Its a little far from the water, but we didnt bring a boat, so it didnt matter too much. Site 8 is a little slanted, but it ended up being fine. We will be back!

There is no running water or electricity, it is a dry campground. There is a hand pump to pump water from a well for any water needs, definitely pack a lot of water.

Wonderful park and accommodations, park hosts were great, 2nd year in a row here! But definitely saw 2 rattlesnakes in our actual camp spot. One very large one and one small one. Kind of scary with kids and dogs.

Perry south is a nice, small camp ground. The sites are large and well spaced. We have a class A motorhome and while we made it in, I would recommend smaller rigs.

It was ok. The people running the place were nice. The camp sites are very close to one another. We had a group show up at 10 pm with their lights on. The kids beside us came back around 2 pm to start a fire. Not much to do if you dont have a boat or what to drive for 30 minutes to the state park. The site was definitely on a slight down grade and securing our tent in the ground was kind of hard. Not sure where the tent pad that was supposed to be there was.

Reserving a camp site is nearly impossible then when you show up the site you wanted is vacant for at least 50% of the time you were there. There are more than enough sites for a 1st come first served situation like they used to be. That system worked great.

The hostess and the campgrounds are great. We had trouble at the boat lauch area, lots of grass on the propeller. We hope that next year it is drugged out. We have never seen it so bad.

Great camp hosts! The facilities and sights were all in great shape. The restrooms were the cleanest and shiniest that Ive every seen with waste baskets and hand sanitizers and a solar light. Nice boat dock, Fishing was fun and the campers were mellow.

Love this campground. For some reason this year, in September, we had a horrible fly infestation, so we really needed a screen over all our table and food, which I have never needed before, so did not have. Came to realize we were close to the overflow dumpsters in the parking lot, and they did not have lids. these dumpsters also get fish remains from the cleaning station. Thus, the smells was horrific and the flies were likely breeding in the open containers. Otherwise, our visit was perfect.

Great campground and great hosts. Got a little crowded on the weekend, but that's to be expected.

There were only 3 parties camping when we went the end of September, 2023. Wouldve been epic, had it not been for a crazy group that overstayed their limit. The hosts were very nice and the bathrooms clean. Sites were well-maintained. We were surprised to be charged to park the boat and not planning on that expense. $10/day was too much. Otherwise, a great stay!

We had a great time in site 54, the campers across from us were great, they greeted us as soon as we arrived, the husband continued to engage us every time he drove by throwing up a 1 finger peace sign on the door frame of his truck. We got a 2nd site because I didn't want my 5 year old to be overwhelmed by the amount of attention they gave us, but I continued to use the original site. I hope to see them next year, maybe we can be right next to eachother.

Camp host don't communicate, the dock has screws that stick out and cut your feet. The fish station has a water issue but looks like they where trying to fix it when we were leaving.

The nearby toilet was squeaky clean and smelled citrusy! Camp hosts are doing a great job taking care of the grounds. The site is situated further away from the main driveway to the boat launch, on a hill, and feels more private. Partial shade (mostly full sun from 11-4pm). Very unique area to visit and look at the canyon and the lake. Not the best place to paddle though. The water has unpleasant green color and too many motorboats going fast on the way to Cove Palisades. If you do choose to paddle, go left into the Metolius arm. We only saw one motorboat going past us and it was nice and peaceful.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
