Nice campground. Being at the top of the ridge there is more moisture and denser foliage than e.g. Crescent Lake which is about 10 miles east. I stayed in mid-late October and the Kokanee were spawning in the creek! Go to the footbridge near site 6 to see that.Site 27 is on the far side of the campground from the lake. It's probably one of the most private and quiet sites.

Good place to stay. Sites were well spaced and private, but on the small side. Very quiet. Good access to forest and wilderness areas, but not much lake access without a boat. Cell service is very spotty on Verizon, but can be picked up near the boat ramp.

Great spot for a mid-week camping retreat. Site 27 ended up being very sunny, and during the heat wave wasn't desireable, but I would choose another spot in a heartbeat. Quietest campground EVER, in my experience.

NIve separation of campsites. The lake is beautiful and clear!
