Great spot. We were the only ones there. Site and restrooms were nice.

Lovely campground! Entry road was a nightmare.

A great campground BUT the road in is a horrible washboard that beats up the camper. Wish the county would grade it

Late season camping is very rewarding and McKay Crossing proves the point. The campground was quiet and clean with sounds of the waterfall in the background to provide great ambiance. We only wish that the campgrounds were open later than early October!

This campground was wonderful. Sites were large, spaced out, and clean. We stayed in site #4 and has the river running right behind our site, and the waterfall about 50 ft from our tent. The road coming in is very much "washboard" but this was not a problem as we did not have a trailer or RV. The vault toilets are old and stinky, but they were kept very clean. Lots of hiking access within the campground. No potable water available, however we pulled into prairie campground on the way to fill our water containers which was no issue. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful area with many trails to hike.

Loved the isolated feel of the campground. Firewood was a little difficult to find, the ranger came through periodically, but we ended up going into town to get some. Vault toilets smell, but such is life. Verizon had good service, T-Mobile was spotty.

Absolutely LOVED this campground. It's really off the beaten path, you'd never know it was there unless you knew the coordinates to find it! Yet it's still only 20 minutes from Sunriver Resort and 30 minutes from Bend. There's so much to do in the area. Beautiful shallow stream goes through the campground and a big waterfall is at the end of camp spot 4. There aren't any ropes to prevent anyone from falling pretty far down by the waterfall so be careful with kids. Other than that, a wonderful place for a family vacation. Toilets were clean and the grounds were well maintained. Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back!
