Small campground. Bumpy dirt roads are worth the drive. Sites are very close together. Views of the water are great at most sites as well. Can float a little 0.5 mile loop on repeat. Water calm enough for SUP easily with dogs. Some sites not completely drive through. Only 1 vault toilet. No running water or fresh water available so be prepared and bring your own. Overall, nice little spot.

Camping here is such a treat! I left four stars because our campsite, #2 didn't have a fire pit which is listed as an amenity. The metal grate was missing and it was a huge bummer. All the other sites had one from what we could tell. Aside from that the river access it top notch and floating around the campground was super relaxing. It's a beautiful location. Google maps took us to the wrong spot. We had to get back onto the paved road and go another mile or so further till we saw a sign for Bull Bend.

When I was looking for a camping site a few months prior, it stated that all the sites were taken so we went with campsite #2. The campsite was fine, but there were multiple people coming in and out looking for sites when all of them were reserved, yet no one showed up to over half the sites that were supposed to be reserved. When discussed with the campsite manager, they shrugged it off and didn't really say anything about it. This deterred a lot of people away, on an already challenging place to go to, and meant that cars were coming and out and turning away all day, each day. Also, the bathroom was disgusting and was covered in flies, making it impossible and unbearable to use. I also highly recommend not allowing generators and limiting RV use. The parking for each spot does not accommodate large RV's which made it almost impossible to go around the turnaround, and there were people who were using generators literally all day long-this definitely killed the mood of camping in what could have been such a beautiful experience, given the location.

Beautiful campground. We camped Memorial Day weekend. No toilet paper in the outhouse and trash was overflowing. We provided our own toilet paper and hauled out our own trash. Be sure to lock up your things. Had two of our kayaks stolen from our camp! Disappointing
